A Jotform alternative for camp registration

Jotform is a flexible form builder, and plenty of camps pay for it to collect registrations and payments. But a form builder treats every sign-up as a separate submission — it doesn't know about campers, days, capacity or pickup.

Forms vs. a camp system

With a form builder you design the camp logic yourself: conditional fields for each week, payment fields, a separate waiver, and exports to track attendance.

Huddle starts from camp concepts — families, campers, program days, classes, waivers, check-ins — so the logic is already there and the reports come out of the box.

What you get on top of registration

Kiosk check-in with PINs, pickup tags, late-pickup fees, camper profiles with allergies, staff schedules, promo codes, refunds, family emails and a family calendar. Parents see all their bookings in one place.
