Camp registration software for small camps

Most camp software is built for overnight camps with hundreds of campers and a full-time office. If you run a one-week day camp, an art camp or a pop-up program, you need the same basics — sign-ups, payment, waivers, check-in — without paying for the rest.

What a small camp actually needs

A public sign-up page parents can finish on their phone, payment taken at the moment of booking, a waiver signed per child, and a list of who's coming each day.

On camp days you need fast check-in, a record of who picked each child up, and allergy and health notes at hand. After camp you need simple reports: who came, who paid, who still owes.

How Huddle handles it

Each program gets its own page at huddle.camp/your-name. Parents create one family account, add their campers once, pick days on a calendar, sign your waiver and pay by card. Money goes straight to your own Stripe account — Huddle takes no cut of family payments.

Staff check campers in on a tablet kiosk, scan pickup tags at the end of the day, and see allergies on every camper card. Hux, the built-in assistant, can answer questions like "who's booked tomorrow?" or set up a class for you to review.

Pricing that fits a small program

Starter is $35/month (or $350/year — two months free) for one active program and up to 150 campers. Pro is $99/month for multiple programs, staff schedules and family email blasts. No setup fee, no per-registration fee from Huddle.

Common questions

Is there a minimum number of campers?
No. Starter covers up to 150 campers, and you pay the same whether you have 10 or 150.
Do families need to download an app?
No. Everything works in the phone's browser.
Who receives the families' payments?
You do, through your own Stripe account. Stripe's standard card fees apply; Huddle adds none.
